Scripture, Thought, Prayer
Everyday I will make an effort to do God's Will.

Scriptures of the Day:
Scripture of the Day:  Positive

There is so much negativity in the world. As people of a positive nature(the light), we have to be positive energy for such a negative world.

Gossiping is one of the main ways people of the light(Christians) speak darkness. We thing because it's true, we can speak on it. The Bible instructs us in Proverbs 20:19 not even to associate with the gossiper more or less be a gossiper.

Complaints is another way believers spread negativity in the world. The Bible instructs us in Philippians 2:14 to do all things without complaining.

Fault finding is one of the final ways Christians spread a little negativity in the world. Some Christians feel superior over unbelievers. They feel like because they're saved and got their act together, they can find fault in others. News flash; we weren't always saved! Condemning people is not helping them. It actually repels them from the body of Christ. What person wants to be around a bunch of judgmental Christians? God loved the world so much until He sent His son to preach to them not, find fault in them. Check the splinter or beam in your eye before getting splinters out of other's eyes (Luke 6:42).

Be Positive!

Romans 12:21 Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Be Blessed!

(read out loud to sow God's Word into your heart)

PSALM 3: 1-4
Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.  But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah

Romans 8:1-5
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit....for the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death....for what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh....that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit....for they that are after the flesh do mind (understand, pay attention to) the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit (understand, pay attention to) the things of the Spirit.

2 Corinthians 5:17
If any man be in Jesus Christ (a born-again believer), he is a new creature, old things are passed away, behold (L00K!), all things have become new.

1 John 1:7
If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Galatians 5:22-25
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith....meekness, temperance: against such there is no law....and they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts....if we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

2 Peter 1:4
whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these you might be partakers of the Divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust (carnal, physical desires based on the physical senses and the wisdom of this world).

Galatians 2:20
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.

Philippians 4:8
Things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report; if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things.

1 Corinthians 2:16
We have the mind (understanding, knowledge, vision, perception) of Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 26:13,14
O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by You only will we make mention of Your name....they are dead, they shall not live; they are deceased, they shall not rise: therefore You have visited and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.

1 Corinthians 2:14
But the natural (carnal minded) man receives not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned (understood from God's point of view, not man's).
